If membership is canceled, access to your portals will be removed. This ensures that the system remains updated, secure, and supported. Before cancelation, you’ll receive a reminder and the opportunity to export limited information if needed.

Once your onboarding form and setup fee is submitted and we’ve had your setup call, your portals will be ready to use within 7–21 business days, depending on your tier, needs, and submission speed.
